摘要
讨论和比较了电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)测定钢中钼量的各种不确定度因素,并评定了该方法测定钼量的不确定度。
Various factors affecting uncertainty of the measurement of molybdenum content by inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry are discussed and compared,and uncertainty of the measurement of molybdenum in steel is evaluated.
