摘要 试验以早、中、晚三类唐菖蒲品种为材料,采用石蜡切片法和透射电镜观察花芽分化进程。结果表明,唐菖蒲花芽分化始于3叶期,止于7、8叶期,并可细分为未分化期、开始分化期、花序分化期、花萼分化期、花原基分化期、花瓣分化期、雄蕊分化期和雌蕊分化期8个时期。在整个花芽分化期间观察到细胞内核仁、线粒体、前质体等的形态、大小、数量及发育程度都发生了明显变化。 In order to probe into further the regulation of growing and developing of Gladiolus, and improve the quality and economic worth of fresh cutting Gladiolus, the experiment with the early. In late for Gladiolus as material observe the flower bud differentiation in the way of paraffin-cut section and transmission electron microscope. Result showed that the process of Gladiolus flower bud differentiation was from three-leaf time to seven-leaf or eight-leaf time, and could be divided into eight stages: predifferentiation phase, begin differentiation phase, inflorescence differentiation stamen differentiation phase, and pistildifferentiation phase. In the course of the whole flower bud differentiation, nucleolus, mitochondria, proplastid happened obvious change on their shape, size, quantity, and development degree.
