摘要
民事责任中的因果关系历来就是学者们研究的重要课题之一,但由于研究理论的混乱,导致实践中的模糊不清。本文拟对西方和我国关于因果关系理论与实践的不同做法,探讨因果关系各学说的优劣,以期找出正确做法,指导司法实践。
causation in civil liability is always one of the important subjects jurists have beenresearching, but it is an ambiguous problem in practice as a result of mixed theories. This article inquires into the merits and demerits of theories on causation by discussing the differences between sino --occident theories and practices on causation ,and expects to benefited to judicialpractice.
