阿维菌素复方缓释制剂在绵羊寄生虫病防治中的应用 被引量:8

摘要 选择伊维菌素-丙硫咪唑复方片剂、伊维菌素-丙硫咪唑亚砜注射液和阿维菌素-丙硫咪唑亚砜复方长效油胶,对新疆阿克苏一群未进行驱虫和药浴的当年生羔羊进行试验。结果表明,复方片剂、伊维菌素-丙硫咪唑亚砜注射剂和阿维菌素-丙硫咪唑亚砜长效油胶在用药以后7 d就可以100%地杀灭发病绵羊的多种体内外寄生虫,第25天绵羊痒螨病的临床症状均已缓解或消除,并开始生长新毛。用药后40 d复方片剂组就出现了再感染现象,而阿维菌素-丙硫咪唑亚砜长效油胶组,维持100 d左右才出现肠道线虫感染,感染率为80%,但感染强度只是复方片剂组的10%,对绵羊疥癣可基本控制。 Giving trial to lamb, those were not treated for parasites in Akesu, Xinjiang, using compound tablets which made of Ivermectin and Albendazole, Ivermectin-Albendazole sulfoxide injection and Avermectin-Albendazole sulfoxide compound spansule. The results showed that above three test groups can completely kill many kinds of ectoparasites and endoparasites on 7th day after treatment. The clinical symptoms of sheep infected with mites were partly relieved or completely eliminated on 25th day, some sheep started to grow hairs. The secondary infection in happened in compound tablet group on 40th day, but Avermectin-Albendazole sulfoxide compound spansule group lasted for about 100 days. The nematode infection appeared then,and the infective rate was about 80%, its infective intensity was only 10% comparing with compound tablet group. The trial results certified that Avermectin-Albendazole sulfoxide compound spansule can basically control mite infection.
