Improving Model Validation Accuracy with Simulation Devices Considered in Modeling

摘要 分析了当前系统仿真模型验证中存在的主要技术问题,指出验模不通过或结果散布大的主要原因之一是过程中存在未建模的动态过程。讨论了典型的飞行器半实物仿真系统中的设备及其未建模因素,建立了相应的数学模型。提出了1个考虑这些未建模动态过程的系统仿真数学验证模型。仿真结果说明,未建模动态对仿真模型验证的结果有较大影响。 Purpose. Sufficient model validation accuracy is critical for effectively utilizing the expensive simulation devices; but such accuracy is quite frequently insufficient; we analyze the causes of insufficient accuracy and present effective measures to make it sufficiently accurate. In the full paper, we explain in much detail the causes of insufficient modeling accuracy and the effective measures to improve such accuracy; here we give only a briefing. We list six simulation devices: (1)attitude simulator, (2)target simulator, (3)rudder loading device, (4)target seeker, (5)simulation computer and (6)real-time network. We analyze each device and discuss the factors that should be considered in modeling but up to now, to our best knowledge, they have not been considered in modeling. In short, our analysis reveals the un-modeled modes that should be considered in the hardware in loop systems in order to improve the model validation accuracy. Finally, we give a simulation example that shows that , without considering the un-modeled modes that should be considered, the model validation accuracy is still somewhat below the 95% confidence level required for utilization of expensive simulation devices with confidence.
