褶合曲线分析法同时测定泻痢停片中两组份的含量

Simultaneous determineting contents of two constituents in Xieliting Tablets by convolution curve method

目的:建立泻痢停的含量测定方法。方法:应用计算机辅助褶合曲线分析法结合计算机信息处理技术,不经分离直接测定磺胺甲(?)唑和甲氧苄氨嘧啶的含量。结果:磺胺甲(?)唑在0-20μg／mL范围内线性良好,回收率为99．85％,相对标准偏差为0．53％;甲氧苄氨嘧啶在0～12μg/mL范围内线性良好,回收率为 102．01％,相对标准偏差为3．14％。结论:该法简便、快速,结果可靠,重现性好。

Objective： To establish a method for determination of contents in Xieliting tablets. Methods： The computer-aided conjuction curve method had been applied to determine sulfamethoxazol and trimethoprim. Results： The corresponding average recovery and the relative standard deviation of sulfamethoxazol and trimethoprim were 99. 85% ,0. 53%, 102.01% ,3. 14%, the linear range of suhamethoxazol and trimethoprim were 0 ～20μmL,0 ～12μg/mL. Conclusions： The method was satisfactory, simple and convenient and had a good accuracy.
