介绍了斯太尔汽车WD615柴油发动机常用的45号钢曲轴在轴颈圆度或圆柱度超过0.05mm或轴颈直径小于允许尺寸时分别采用“减级必氮化”和埋弧自动堆焊后进行渗氮处理的方法。运行试验结果表明,轴颈恢复到名义尺寸的曲轴寿命最长的达到11万km,最短的也超过6万km;未出现过主轴瓦或连杆轴瓦异响、拉瓦或抱轴的事故。并介绍了曲轴磨削后恢复轴颈名义尺寸的方法。
No.45 steel crankshafts are commonly used on Styer automotive WD615 diesel engines. When the circularity or cylindricity of the journal is beyond 0.05ram, the principle that " decrease of stage must be combined with nitration" should be followed. When the diameter of the journal is within the permitted dimension, nitriding treatment should be carried out after submerged arc automatic welding. Test results show that the crankshaft with the journal restored to the nominal dimension can be in service for 60000-110000km, without any failures such as abnormal noise in main crankshaft liner and connecting rod bearing shell, bearing scoring and crankshaft seize. Moreover, the method to restore the nominal dimension of journal after grinding is introduced.
