回转窑活套滚圈的弯矩及弯曲应力分布研究 被引量:1

摘要 针对活套滚圈的结构特点,推导了滚圈弯曲应力的计算公式,得出了滚圈在不同支承载荷及支承角下弯曲应力的变化规律,为滚圈在其预期使用寿命期内的可靠性预测打下了基础,也为滚圈支承角优化提供了依据。 According to the structure features, the bending moment and bending stress formula of loose - fit tyre were deduced, the bending stress change rule of tyre was obtained under different load and different angle, which supply the basis for predicting the life and for the support angle optimization of tyre.
