摘要
金属镁还原炉首次采用水煤浆系统技术,成功地进行了工业应用试验,研发了适合燃用水煤浆的镁还原炉炉型。试验结果表明:燃用水煤浆完全可以满足金属镁还原的工艺要求,并且还能大幅度提高生产率,显著降低单位产品能耗。该系统技术的推广应用对金属镁生产企业具有良好的经济效益和环保效益。
Coal - Water Slurry (CWS) has been put into application in magnesium reduction furnace for the first time. The industr ial experiment on the magnesium reduction furnace is of a satisfactory success, and the reduction furnace which is fit for combustion of CWS has been turned up. The experimental results have proved that the complete technology of CWS preparation and combustion can meet the technical requirements of the magnesium reducing process in reduction furnace. Besides, the productivity is enhanced remarkably and the furnace can reach an ideal energy saving effect. The popularisation of this technology has a bright prospect for magnesium Co. both economically and environmentally.
