富农划分标准述评

Study of the CPC Standards of Rich Peasant

制定划分富农标准的过程是中共对中国革命认知能力发展的过程。土地革命的中前期,中共没有一个统一的富农划分标准,各革命根据地根据自己的实践经验,各自作出解释,不仅标准五花八门,更存在不当和错误;随着实践经验的累积和中共大批领导人的努力,毛泽东在领导中央苏区查田运动的过程中,制定并颁布了比较科学的富农标准,为以后制定正确的农村阶级政策奠定了基础;解放战争时期,在任弼时等领导人的努力下,中共的富农标准得到了进一步的完善。富农标准的确定,是制定正确的农村阶级政策的前提,也是中共事业兴旺的保障。

The process of making the standards of rich peasant was the process for the CPC to develop the ability and knowledge for China＇ s revolution . In the first and the middle part of the Agrarian Revolution , the CPC had not united standard for rich peasant , so that , every part of revolution land had it＇ s own explanation of the standard of rich peasant , and it caused mistakes . With the effort of many CPC＇ S leaders, Mao Zhedong had made a scientific standard for rich peasant , it was the basic policy for later years . In the period of Liberating War ,under the leading of Ren Bishu and other leaders , the standard for rich peasant of CPC had improved to protect CPC to succeed in both countryside and the country.
