摘要 非金属厚壁压力管作为1种新型纵向增强的高弹性高分子材料厚壁管,管内注有4.0~8.0MPa液压或气压.在外壁弹性约束情况下,通过对管内注压力与管壁变形进行弹性分析,近似满足工程应用的需要,外壁对管施加工程需要的正压力,非金属厚壁管可简化为受内外均布压力的圆筒,运用压力隧洞理论,对管的胀压力和管内注压力,以履管的径向、环向变形进行了分析和计算,为非金属厚壁压力管的工程应用奠定了基础. The nonmetal thick-wall pressure pipe mentioned is a new type of wire longitudinal enhanced and high elasticity polymer material pipe, 4.0 - 8.0 MPa water or air pressure is injected. Under the outside elasticity constrain, internal pressure injected and elastic deformation analyses are made approximately to meet engineering demand. The normal pressure produced by the outside elasticity constrain is simplified to be homogeneous distribution, the pipe is simplified to be round cylinder, by means of pressure tunnel theory. The injected internal pressure, squeezing pressure, tubular radial and ring deformation are analyzed. The analytical method and calculation formula lay the engineering application foundation for the nonmetal thick-wall pressure pipe.
