摘要
利用Feder模型定量分析了安全管理活动对建筑业经济增长的作用。结果表明,安全部门通过“减损作用”体现的生产率低于生产部门,但安全活动对生产具有外溢作用,安全部门通过这种外溢作用不仅抵消了自身生产力低的状况而且对整个建筑业的经济增长发挥着较大的乘数效应。
The Feder-Model was introduced in this article to analyses the relationship between safety management and economic growth of construction industry. The total effects to construction industry and the spillover effects to production department of construction safety management are measured. The study indicate that productivity in safety department is lower than that of production department, but safety management has high spillover effects to production department and by this means safety departrnent has made a great construction to economic growth of construction industry.
