EGFR靶向抑制剂在肿瘤放射治疗中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 大部分实体肿瘤有表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)的高表达,并且其高表达能显著降低肿瘤细胞的放射敏感性。近年来,开发了针对EGFR的靶向抑制剂,并且在临床前期研究和临床应用中发现其能提高一部分肿瘤对放射治疗的敏感性。现对EGFR的结构和信号传导途径、EGFR 的表达对肿瘤放射治疗预后的影响及其机制和其靶向抑制剂在放射治疗中的应用研究作一综述。
