摘要
阐述了间歇蒸馏塔的工作原理,分析理论板数一定时,改变回流比对产品质量的影响.并从产品纯度、产品质量和能量消耗3个方面综合考虑,控制回流比使总的生产费用最小.通过选择合适的目标函数,建立间歇蒸馏最佳回流比控制的动态规划模型,且给出模型的算法,为精馏塔控制的研究提供借鉴.
The principle of batch still is expounded. The effect of reflux ratio is analyzed when the theoretical place number is fixed in a batch still. According to product purity, product quality and consumption of energy, reflux ratio is controlled for the least operating cost. On the basis of the object function, a dynamic model that controls the optimal reflux ratio is established in the batch still process and the algorithm to solve the problem is provided.
