博客技术应用于图书馆数字馆藏建设的可行性分析

数字馆藏建设是图书馆数字化建设事业发展的基础,它包括数字的收集、数字的储藏及虚拟空间的基础建设。本文从数字馆藏的特征及组建原则入手,寻求数字化环境下突破传统思维和观念的新方法,利用“第四种网络交流方式”———“博客”技术来丰富和完善图书馆数字馆藏的组织和建设。着重介绍了在“博客”技术基础上创建数字馆藏的原则、方式和内容,阐明“博客”对数字图书馆建设的积极意义。

Digital collection construction, which ineludes digital collections, digital repositories and cyber infrastructure, is the foundation on which the digital library construction develops. This paper starts with the features and construction principles of digital library resources to seek for new methods under digitalization environment. It perfects the organization and construction of digital library resources with ＂BLOG＂ technology, which acts as ＂the fourth communication method on Internet＂. This paper emphasizes on the construction principle, pattern and content to illustrate the significance of ＂BLOG＂ teehnology.
