摘要
采用气相色谱法测定比卡鲁胺原料药中有机溶剂残留量。结果表明,被测物均能很好地分离,峰面积与浓度呈良好线性关系。
The residual solvents in bicalutamide substance were determined by GC. The solvents could be completely separated, and the calibration curve of each solvent had good linear relationship within a certain range.
