摘要
目的观察鬼箭羽醇提物的抑菌、抗炎作用。方法以金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠埃希杆菌和铜绿假单胞杆菌为供试菌株,采用药敏纸片法观察鬼箭羽醇提物的抑菌、抗炎作用;对氯化钅苦(PC)诱发的小鼠迟发型变态反应(DTH)模型,用鬼箭羽醇提物及总黄烷于抗原攻击后给药,观察其对DTH效应。结果鬼箭羽醇提取物能抑制金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠埃希杆菌,且对后者的作用优于前者,而对铜绿假单胞杆菌无抑菌作用;其抗炎作用主要是抑制DTH,且对晚期效应强于早期效应。结论鬼箭羽醇提物具有一定的抑菌、抗炎作用,其总黄烷成分是抑制DTH的有效成分。
Objective To study the effects of ethanolic extract from euonymus alatus in bacteria -inhibiting and anti -inflammation. Methods The antibiotic activities of the active componet of Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichiu coli and Pseudomonas aeruginosa were preliminarily tested by Neo- Sensitab disk -diffusion method. In mouse of DTH models upon challenge with PC, obserseved he effects of EAL on the early and late phases by administration after antigen challenge. Results It was shown that EAL exerted bacteriostatic action on Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichiu coli. Moreover,its effects on the later were superable to the former. While it had no effects on Pseudomonas aeruginosa. The anti -inflammation effect of EAL is that it can restrain DTH,and the effects were stronger on the late phase than early. Conclusion EAL have certain effects on bacteria -inhibiting and anti -inflammation. Its flavanid is the active component to restrain DTH.
