5种抑霉剂对储藏片烟霉菌的抑制效果

Controlling effects of five fungicides on stored tobacco mildew caused by mold fungus

根据药剂有效作用浓度的不同和对霉菌作用方式的差异,用5种抑霉剂对引起储藏片烟霉变的6种霉菌进行处理。结果表明,5种抑霉剂对霉菌的发生都有一定的抑制作用,其中富马酸二甲酯对霉菌的菌丝生长、孢子萌发和芽管伸长的抑制作用最强,抑制效果最好,丙酸、乳酸、苯甲酸和对羟基苯甲酸甲酯防效则次之。

According to the different fungicides＇ concentration of inhibition and the effect way to mold, control of five fungicides to mold fungus which cause stored tobacco to mildew was studied. Bioassay result showed that the five fungicides could inhibit the growth of hypha of mold fungus, and DMF could inhibit the growth of the hypha, conidial germination and germ tube elongation effectively. The control effect of DMF to mold was the optimal, but the control effect of propionic acid,lactic acid,fumaric acid and methyl p-hydroxy benzoate on mold take second place.
