摘要
研究了变压器绕组预紧力与变压器箱壁振动之间的关系。通过结合有限元模型和振动实验识别不同预紧力下绕组的特性参数;进而通过测量变压器箱壁振动,根据建立的变压器整体模型以及前面识别的绕组特性参数来计算和预测内部绕组的预紧力状况。
The relation between transformer windings under different axial precompression and the vibration of transformer walls is studied. First, the dynamical characteristic parameters of transformer windings are obtained. Then, a FEM model for the whole transformer is built, inputting the parameters got in the first step and combining the data of vibration of transformer walls, to forecast the clamping state of transformer windings.
