摘要
在对山东省某规模化养猪场进行的繁殖障碍病血清学调查中检测到猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒抗体阳性猪,从中分离到1株猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒(PRRSV),并进行了初步鉴定。结果表明分离毒株能在HS.2H细胞上增殖产生细胞病变,经美洲型标准株PRRSV VR-2332阳性血清进行问接免疫荧光试验结果呈阳性反应,透射电镜可观察到直径60-70nm的病毒粒子,有囊膜。用针对PRRSV VR-2332的PCR引物对分离病毒进行RT—PCR扩增,检测结果阳性。将病毒接种血清阴性仔猪,检测到血清中出现病毒特异性抗体,但未见临床症状及明显的病理变化,将分离株命名为PRRSV SD株。
A porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus ( PRRSV) strain was isolated and identifled from the serum samples obtained from a large-scale breeding field in Shandong Province. The results showed that the virus could induce cytopathogenic effects on HS. 2H cells. Positive reaction appeared when the virus was tested using positive serum to PRRSV VR-2332 strain by IFA. Electronic microscopy showed that the virus particles were 60-70nm of diagram with envelop. The isolate was inoculated into serum-negative piglets and corresponding antibodies could pathologic changes could not be observed. The isolate was be detected while typical clinical symptoms and named SD strain.
