摘要
嫁接是马尾松优树资源收集和种子园营建的主要技术措施,如何提高嫁接成活率显得格外重要。通过对嫁接技术及外界影响嫁接成活率的因素探讨,得出如下结论:操作人员不同,技术熟练程度不同,嫁接成活率相差21.3%;粗壮穗条的成活率较细穗高;土壤、空气湿度对嫁接成活率有较大影响。
Grafting is a chief technical measure for Pinus massoniana concerning resource collection of elite tree and establishment of seeds orchard, and how to raise survival rate with grafting shows great of importance. The conclusion obtains through discussion on grafting skill and factor of survival rate by grafting impacted by out-circle: The difference of the survival rate is 21.3% with different operator and different skills; the survival rate with thick scion is higher than the thin ones; meanwhile, soil, air humidity has relatively impact to the grafted survival rate.
