玉米花粉多糖PMAI的结构解析 被引量:3

摘要 从玉米花粉中分离得到一种多糖PMA I,经鉴定为单一纯多糖,通过IR、NMR、高碘酸氧化、Smith降解等手段对其结构进行了研究,确定PMA I主要以Rha,Xyl和GlcOMe组成,分子摩尔比Rha:Xyl:GlcOMe=12.7:2.1:1,以α(1→3)键为主链,以α(1→6)键构成分支结构。 From pollen of Zea mays L. ,a purified polysaccharide was isolated.Its structure was elucidated by IR,NMR, periodate oxidation and Smith degradation etc. It is showed that PMA Ieontains act(1→3) main chain backbone composed of Rha, Xyl and GleOMe in a molar ratio of 12.7:2.1:1 and has α( 1→6)braneh structure.
