黑龙江省经济增长与产业结构变动状况分析

The Analysis on Heilongjiang Province's Economic Growth and Industrial Retructuring

产业结构理论研究和经济发展的实践表明,国民经济发展与产业结构转换之间存在比较稳定的内在联系和规律性,产业结构的合理化可以有效地促进经济增长。通过对近15年黑龙江省经济增长与产业结构变动状况的实证分析,发现黑龙江省在产业结构调整中存在主导产业作用不强,二元经济矛盾突出,第三产业发展滞后,后发优势和比较优势不明显等的问题,严重制约了黑龙江省的经济发展。

According to the study of industrial structure theory and the practice of economic development, there is steadily inner link and regularity between national economic growth and industrial structure conversion, and industrial structure rational- ization can efficiently promote the economic growth. By analyzing the Heilongjiang Province＇s economic growth and industrial structure over the past 15 years the paper concludes that the predominant industry ftmction is not strong in the industrial struc- ture adjustment in Heilongjiang Province. The evident dualistic economic contradiction stagnates the development of the tertiary industry. The lack of late-starting advantages and the comparative advantages seriously obstruct Heilongjiang Province＇ s economic growth.
