摘要
受长期封建农耕文化的影响,我国企业普遍存在着正式规范滞后、权威性不足,非正式规范分散、缺乏一致性等问题。进入社会主义市场经济之后,尤其面对目前经济全球化大潮,我国企业规范问题日渐突出,成为制约我国企业社会资本提升的羁绊。依据当代社会资本和规范理论,分析我国企业规范问题成因,构建了我国适应国际互惠惯例的普遍性企业规范和养成企业规范行为的措施和方法。
Due to the long, term feudalist agricultural eutural influence, Chinese enterprises are generally tieal up with the problems of backward corporate normalization and the lack of authority and norms. After China enters the socialist marke Economy, espesally with the current the economic globalization, these problems have become serious barriers restricting Chi- nese trend of enterprises in utilizing social capital.So based on the theory of corporate capital and that of corporate norms, this paper analyzes the causes of the above problems and discusses how to build universal corporate norms and the methods of nurturing corporate normative behavior adaptable to international reciprocal institutions.
