摘要
智力资本和核心竞争力被认为是企业获得持续竞争优势的重要源泉,基于二者建立起来的企业理论正成为整个管理理论体系中越来越重要的组成部分。尽管在一些研究文献里,智力资本和核心竞争力被赋予同一内涵而交替使用,但二者在理论渊源、概念、内涵和特征、竞争优势形成逻辑等方面还是存在一定差别。组织当前获得的竞争优势来源于组织所拥有的核心竞争力,组织所拥有的核心竞争力是组织长期积累形成的智力资本的凝炼和转化,基于此,构建了智力资本与核心竞争力的耦合模型及基于智力资本和核心竞争力的企业价值链模型。
Intellectual Capital (IC) and Core Competence (CC) arisen in the middle of the 20th century are considered the important sources of corporations gaining sustained competitive advantages. It consitutcs an important part of management theory system. Although IC and CC are exchangeably used for the similiar implication in some researches, there are many differences between them in terms of origin, concept, meaning and characteristics, the process of establishing competitive advantages, etc. The comparative study indicates that the current competitive advantages of corporations are rooted in the core competence, which is transformed and abstracted from intelectual capital accumulated over a long time. It proposes the coupling model of IC and CC, and the value chain based on IC and CC.
