摘要
随着社会的发展,客人对预订的需要也在变化。通过对饭店预订存在问题的探讨,研究在新的形势下,重新审视预订工作,加强、重视预订工作,广拓预订渠道、建立预订的一套产品价格体系和营销策略,最大程度地挖掘预订业务已成为当前饭店营销工作的又一重要内容,应引起饭店管理层的高度重视。
Along with the social development customer demand for reservation has been greatly varied, By analyzing the existing problems, the paper suggests that hotel management should strengthen hotel reservation business by diversifying reservation means and designing appropriate pricing and promoting system. Now reservation has been given priority in developing hotel marketing.
