将交通系统看作是一个整体性的大系统,运用系统工程的思想,分析系统交通规划与城市规划、快速公交(BRT)系统与轨道交通、小汽车的增长与公共交通这几对关键问题,提出对上海城市交通规划工作的理念和方法。

The increase in traffic volume, the increase of the number of cars and slow development of public transit bring new challenges to the sustainable development of transportation system of Shanghai. Based on the thinking of system engineering, the paper put forward some problems of the development of transportation system of Shanghai.
