《果树栽培学》是经济林、果树、园艺等专业的主干课程，该课程具有很强的实践性和应用性，它的教学内容和效果直接影响到学生的专业素质的培养和对社会适应能力的提高，这就要求我们无论在教学内容、教学方式上都必须走出教室，教学工作必须紧密结合当前的生产实际，面向生产搞教学，把果树栽培的技能培养贯穿于学习的始终。对民族学生如何在教学过程中加强实践操作技能培养，我们在多年的教学实践工作中进行了有效的探索。

Fruit cultivation is a backbone course of the economic forest, the fruit tree and the horticulture profession etc. , and has very strong practicality and application. Its teaching contents and teaching effect directly affects students＇s pecialized quality and the social adaptability. So, we must go out of the classroom to teach. The teaching must closely relate current production reality, and skill raise of fruit cultivation should pass through the all study course. We have carried on the effective exploration on how to strengthen the practical operation skill of national minority students in many years＇ teaching.
