Research on Tarim University's Employment Measures According to the Demands of Society for Graduates

近年来,大学生就业难已成为全社会关注的一个热点,造成这一问题的原因主要来自于社会、学校和毕业生。通过对用人单位对大学生需求的调查,从调整专业设置、建立和完善就业指导和服务体系、提高毕业生就业竞争力、转变就业观念、拓展就业市场、开展创新教育等几个方面出发,对缓解大学生就业压力提出了设想和对策。

Over the recent years, the tough employment of college students has become a hot spot of society mainly because of the society, universities and graduates. Based on a survey of the need for university students, this thesis puts out some solutions to alleviate the employment pressure of our students, such as changing the distribution of specialized subjects, improving the career guidance and establishing a service system, enhancing the competitive ability of our students, helping them change their mind in employment and developing employment market and innovation education.
