摘要
目的观察臭氧水在胃镜体的消毒效果监测。方法对120例污染胃镜体经清水及酶制剂清洁后分别采用臭氧水和2%戊二醛进行消毒后,采样,监测消毒效果。结果经过安必洁快速酶洗剂清洗后,再进行臭氧水消毒或2%戊二醛浸泡消毒,其消毒效果的合格率均能达到90%以上,并未检出致病菌,两者之间在消毒效果上差异无显著性意义。经过清水清洗后,再进行臭氧水消毒,其消毒合格效果的合格率达到86.7%,未检出致病菌。应用清水清洗后,再用2%戊二醛浸泡消毒,其消毒合格效果的合格率仅能达到73.3%。两者之间在消毒效果上差异有显著性意义(χ2=5.45,P<0.05)。结论应用臭氧水自动洗消机消毒在消毒效果的合格率上较2%戊二醛消毒效果的合格率高;应用安必洁快速酶洗剂清洗可提高消毒效果的合格率。
Objective To observe the disinfection effect of gastro scope by ozone water. Methods First clean the selected 120 polluted gastro scope samples with purified water and enzyme, then sterilize them with ozone water and 2% Potentiated Glutaraldehyde Antimicrobials respectively, finally pick up the samples and evaluation the disinfeetion effect. Results After washing with rapid multi-enzyme cleaner instant enzyme preparation and then sterilize with ozone water or 2% Potentiated Glutaraldehyde Antimicrobials, more than 90% samples met the disinfection standard and disease germ could not be found. So there is no significant difference between the two ways. After washing with purified water and then ozone water, 86. 7% met the disinfeetion standard and disease germ could not be found. After washing with purified water and then 2,% Potentiated Glutaraldehyde Antimicrobials only 73.3% met the disinfection standard. Therefore, there is significant difference on disinfection effect. Conclusion The disinfection effect of using automatic washing and disinfection is better than that of using 2% Potentiated Glutaraldehyde Antimicrobials. Using Rapid Multi-Enzyme cleaner instant enzyme preparation can highly improve the disinfection effect.
