摘要
痕量有毒有机物的监测意义重大,传统方法难以达到要求,迫切需要发展高效、经济、有选择性的采样技术,以及与之配套的样品前处理和分析方法。根据黄河联合基金项目的要求,在黄河兰州段有机污染物研究中应用了半透膜采样技术,通过多次试验对装置的设计和样品实地采集技术进行了初步探索。实验结果表明,半透膜采样技术在河流痕量有机物样品采集和预处理方面具有良好的应用前景,但目前在水质常规监测中推广使用还存在一些问题,需要做进一步的研究与改进。
It is of great important to monitor trace poisonous organic substance,while the traditional approach can not meet the requirements.It cries for high efficient,economic and selectable sampling techniques and its coordinated pretreatment and analysis methods for samplers.According to the requirements of Yellow River Joint Fund Project,semi-penetration-film sampling technique is applied to the study of organic pollutants in Lanzhou section of the Yellow River and conducts preliminary exploitation on device design and on-the-spot sampler collecting technique through several tests.The outcomes show that the technique has fairly good applicable prospects on the aspects of sampling collection of river trace organic substance and pretreatment,but it still exits some problems on extension and usage in routine monitoring of water quality and needs a further study and improvement.
