摘要
采用80%的酸性乙醇提取、硅胶柱层析分离、乙醚分级沉淀、丙酮重结晶的工艺方法,从苦参中分离得到氧化槐果碱单体。以小鼠为试鼠进行毒性测定,结果表明,试鼠的死亡时间主要集中在48h内,48h后无试鼠的死亡现象。试鼠对氧化槐果碱的耐受量为25-150mg·kg^-1,致死中量LD50为81.00mg·kg^-1,LD50标准误差3.68。氧化槐果碱毒性较低,致死中量适宜,可以作为杀鼠剂使用。
Besed on the extract with 80% acidities alcohol,separation by silica gel,precipitation by ether, oxysophocarpine was obtained from Sophora flavescens. Toxicity test showed time of mortality of the tested rat focused with 48 h. The tolerance dose of oxysophocarpine in mice was more than 25 mg/kg,less than 150 mg/kg,LD50 = 85. 9543. Toxicity of oxysophocarpine is lower and LD50 is feasuble, it can be used as a rodenticide.
