摘要
以齐鲁石化橡胶厂的生产废水为例,应用毛细管气相色谱和气相色谱/质谱—计算机检索技术,对橡胶工业的丁苯废水、顺丁废水、污水处理场进水和出水以及活性炭深度处理出水进行了有机成分分析,共定性出25种有机物,对其中含量较高的18种进行了定量分析。结果表明:丁苯废水中有机物含量是顺丁废水的16.8倍,是有机污染的主要来源;现行的生化处理工艺能有效去除低分子量有机物和无机还原物质,对高分子量有机物还须作深度处理。
Taking wastewater from Qilu Petrochemical Industry Co. as example, using GC/MS-COM computer retrieval technique to analyze the organic composition of influent and effluent of wastewater treatment plant and activated carbon treated effluent. There were 25 organic components being found, among which 18 were analyzed quantitatively. The results show that the organic content in butyl benzene wastewater is 16.8-fold of Shunding waste-water, which is the major pollution source; the effective removing ability of existing biochemical treatment is molecular weight less than 300 organic compounds, to the high molecular weight organic compounds, deepening treatment should be used.
