摘要
外加电流法阴极保护是目前最常用的一种防止电化学腐蚀的有效方法,科学评价阴极保护效果是保证阴极保护系统高效运转的重要手段。金属管道阴极防腐蚀保护综合评价系统具有实现相关参数的实时采集、数据资料的定量分析和模糊处理以及判定防腐蚀保护效果等功能,可以为生产管理、科学研究、工艺改造、科学决策等提供技术依据,对管道保护与评价工作具有重要的科学价值。
The applied current cathodic protection in one of effective methods widely applied for electro-chemical corrosion protection. A good justified assessment of the cathodic protection efficiency provides a guarantee for the effective operation of the protection system. The assessment system for steel pipeline cathodic protection has such functions as real-time acquisition, data quantitative analysis and fuzz processing as well as evaluation of corrosion protection efficiency, which can serve as the basis for operation management, scientific research,process modification and decision making etc. It is an important means for pipeline protection and protection evaluation.
