摘要
介绍了常减压蒸馏(I)装置减压塔技术改造的内容,将改造前后减压塔操作情况进行了对比,解决了改造前存在的塔顶温度高、塔内压降大和中段回流温度高等问题,并在减一线生产出合格的柴油,提高了装置的轻油收率,达到了减压塔改造的预期目的。
The revamp of atmospheric-vacuum distillation unit (I) is detaled. The successful revamp has solved the high temperature problem of distillation tower overhead and mid pump-around and greater pressure drop in the tower. On-spee diesel is produced at 1st side-draw of the vacuum distillation tower and the light oil yield is increased. All expected objectives of the revamp have been attained.
