文章介绍了上海市杨浦区试行大气排污许可证制度的范围和企业,根据烟尘总量控制管理的目标和确定烟尘排放许可值的原则,计算各污染源的允许排放限值。对烟尘排放超过300mg/m^3的锅炉,按排放浓度限值计算:G_i~α=G_i×T_i×10^(-3);对排放浓度小于300mg/m^3的锅炉,按排放系数法计算:G_i~α=W_(ic)×G_c×10^(-3)。最后,介绍了杨浦区在消烟除尘方面采取的各种技术措施和取得的成效。
This article introduced the scope and enterprises on the permit system of atmospheric emissions being piloted in Yangpu District of Shanghai. According to the goal of total amount control and principle of determining smoke and exhaust permissible value, to calculate the permissible threshold value of every pollution source. For the boiler whose smoke and dust exhaust exceeding 300mg/m3, to calculate the threshold value in accordance with its concentration by: Gia=Gi × Ti ×10-3; for the boiler whose exhaust concentration less than 300mg/m3, calculate in accordance with its emission factor by: Gia=Wic×Gc ×10-3. Finally, by adopting feasible technology, eliminating smoke and dust has been achieved in Yangpu District.
