摘要
对89例雄SD大鼠,用玻璃微电极细胞外记录的方法,观察了它们在20s90±2dB(A)1KC纯音暴露对其外侧膝状体神经元光反应的影响。实验结果共记录到217个单位,其中对光反应单位213个,对光不反应单位4个。噪声暴露导致69.27%的单位的光反应受到抑制,放电频数从17.39±3.51减小至3.59±0.73:67.35%的单位的光反应时程从37.25±6.24ms缩短至11.47±2.60ms。同时,有43.40%单位的光反应潜伏期从47.82±4.79ms延长至62.01±9.27ms;33.90%单位的自发放电亦明显减少,放电频数从57.84±5.83减低至11.39±3.07。
The unit discharges in the lateral geniculate body (LGB) were extracellularly recorded with glass microelectrode in 89 SD male rats, 217 units were obtained altogether in experiments. The noise induced 69.27% of the unit among them that responsed to flash was being inhibitory; the discharge frequency was decreased from 17.39±3.51 to 3.59?.73; and the response time cause of 67.35% of the unifs was shortened from 37.25±6.24ms to 11.47±2.69ms. The latency of light response of 43.40% of the units were prolonged from 47.82±4.79ms to 62.01 ±9.27ms. The spontaneous discharge of 33.90% of the units was also decreased. The discharge frequency of these units was changed from 57.84±5.83 to 11.39 ± 3.07.
