中药诱生内源性IL-2、增强免疫功能及抗肿瘤作用研究概况

A Survey of Researches on Chinese Traditional Medicine for Immuno-enhancing and Tumor-inhibiting through Promoting the Secretion of IL-2

结合笔者自己的相关研究,概述单味、复方中药及提取物促进内源性IL-2产生、增强机体免疫功能和抗肿瘤研究现状。IL-2是辅助性T淋巴细胞分泌的细胞因子,具有免疫调节功能。肿瘤病人的IL-2分泌水平及免疫功能趋于下降,许多传统中药均能诱生内源性IL-2,从而为中药抗肿瘤开辟新途径。

Combining with writer＇s own research practice, the recent researches on Chinese traditional medicine for immuno-enhancing and tuner-inhibiting through promoting the secretion of IL-2 were summarized. IL-2, a cytokine secreted by Th cell, is involved in immunoregulation. Many Chinese traditional medicines can promote the secretion of IL-2, which decreases to lower immunologic function in tumor patient, and so open a new way for seeking antitumor drugs.
