摘要
总结了目前遗传毒理学短期生物测试方面的进展,如Ames试验、微核试验等的发展。为了对短测的试验结果作出合理的解释,较系统地分析了常见致癌物筛选不准确的原因。阐述了分子生物学技术在遗传毒理学中的运用与常见的检测致突变的方法。分子生物学技术与传统的遗传危险性评价方法相比,有着不可比拟的优势。该文还从不同的角度讨论了短测在检测饮用水方面的应用。
Summarization of the progress on current methods of genetoxicological short-term test, such as Ames test and micronucleus test etc. were presented. For the sake of explaining the results of short-term test reasonably, the reasons for inacuracy screening of usual carcinogens were systematically analysed, and the application of molecular biological technique to genetoxicology, and the common methods for detecting muragenicity were described. On comparison with molecular biological technique and traditional genetoxicological assessment, the results showed that molecular biological technique had great advantages. Discussion from various aspects on application of short-term test to detecting drinking water was also presented.
