摘要 药物超细微粒的制备已成为当今药剂学研究领域的一个重要课题。在目前采用的药物超细微粒制备方法中,超临界流体技术,特别是超临界流体溶液快速膨胀(rapid expansion of supercritical fluid solution,RESS)技术颇具发展前景,而且极有可能应用于药物制剂研究的其他领域。笔者对应用RESS技术制备药物超细微粒的基本原理、溶剂系统、技术特点、影响因素及其研究应用等方面进行了较系统的综述。 The preparation of ultra-fine drug particles has become an important subject in the present study on pharmaceutics. Among many methods employed in the preparation of ultra-fine drug particles, rapid expansion of supercritical fluid solution (RESS) technology possesses a very bright future. The present review was on various aspects of RESS, including rationale, solvent system, characteristics, applications and factors that affect fineness and uniformity of ultra-fine particles according to a large quantity of literatures.
