摘要
目的:探讨急性脑梗死中医分型与血浆一氧化氮(NO)、内皮素(ET-1)浓度之间的关系。方法:分别采用硝酸还原酶法与特异性放射免疫法检测血浆NO、ET-1浓度。结果:中风病ET-1浓度较健康对照组升高、NO浓度较健康对照组降低(P<0.01);其中中脏腑组较中经络组ET-1浓度升高更明显、NO浓度下降更明显(P<0.01)。结论:血浆NO、ET-1浓度变化有助于对中风病病情程度和类别的评估或判断,可作为中医辨证分型的客观化指标。
Objective:To explore the relationship between the TCM typing of acute cerebral infarction and the concentration of NO and ET-1 in plasma. Methods:The concentration of NO and ETA in plasma were measured by the nitrate reduetase and immunoassay method respectively. Results:The concentration of ET-1 in the stroke group was higher than that in the healthy control group and The concentration of NO in the stroke group was lower than that in the control group ( P 〈 0.01 - P 〈 0.001 ). Among them, the concentration of ET-1 in the organ attacking group was obviously higher and the concentration of NO lower than those in the channel attacking group ( P 〈 0.01 - P 〈 0.001 ), Conclusion: The variation of the concentration of NO and ET-1 can help to evaluate or judge the category of stroke and the degree of patient's condition, which can be taken as an objective marker of TCM typing.
