脑血管病患者血清Hcy和IGF-Ⅱ测定的意义 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探讨脑血管病(CVD)患者血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)和胰岛素样生长因子Ⅱ(IGF-Ⅱ)变化及其临床意义。方法:123例CVD患者(其中脑梗死69例,脑出血54例)和43例对照组血清分别用化学发光法测定其Hcy水平和放射免疫分析测定其IGF-Ⅱ水平,并进行统计分析。结果:脑血管病患者其Hcy和IGF-Ⅱ水平较对照组均有明显升高(P<0.01,P<0.01),脑梗死(CI)组与脑出血(CH)组比较Hcy和IGF-Ⅱ水平无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:CVD患者血清Hcy和IGF-Ⅱ水平升高,可能两者共同参与了CVD的发生和发展。 Objective To investigate the clinical significance of the changes of homocysteine (Hcy) and insulin - like growth factor Ⅱ (IGF -Ⅱ) in patients with cerebrovascular diseases (CVD). Methods The serum Hey (with CLIA) and IGF -Ⅱ (with RIA) levels were measured in 123 patients with CVD (cerebral infarction 69 and cerebral hemorrhage 54) and 43 controls. Results The levels of Hcy and IGF-Ⅱ in patients with CVD were significantly higher than those in the controls (P 〈0. 01, P 〈0.01 ). The serum Hcy and IGF-Ⅱ levels in patients with cerebral infarction (CI) were not significantly different from those in patients with cerebral hemorrhage (CH) (P 〉 0.05), Conclusion The serum Hcy and IGF-Ⅱ levels in patients with CVD are elevated, Hcy and IGF-Ⅱ may be in- volved in the development and pathogenesis of CVD.
