多排CT输尿管成像的临床应用价值 被引量:1

Clinical Application of Multi-detector Computed Tomography in the Diagnosis of Ureterovesical Diseases

摘要 目的:探讨多排CT(mu lti-detector CT,MDCT)在输尿管疾病中的成像技术及临床应用价值。方法:回顾性地对50例输尿管疾病的多排CT原始图像及三维重建(Three D im ensional,3D)图像资料进行分析。结果:50例病人,其中输尿管结石25例;双肾盂、输尿管畸形5例;双侧多发性肾盂旁囊肿4例;双肾盂畸形3例;输尿管良性肿瘤3例;输尿管癌2例;输尿管狭窄4例(血管压迫2例、炎性狭窄1例,肿瘤侵犯1例);壶腹型肾盂4例。结合原始图像及重建图像可清晰显示输尿管病变的形态、大小及位置。结论:多排CT输尿管成像可清楚显示输尿管管腔内、外的多种病变,与普通X线及超声相比,能提供更多的诊断信息,有助于疾病的诊断。对临床治疗方案、判断预后等方面有较高的价值。 Objective: To investigate the clinical value and technique of muhi-detector CT in the ureterovesical dsiseases. Methods: The available multi-detector CT primitive and three dimensional images in 50 patients for ureterovesical dsiseases were evaluated retrospectively. Results: Among 50 patients, there were 25 ureteral stone ;5 double pelvis and double ureter deformation;4 multi renal parapelvis cyst;3 double pelvis deformation ;3 ureter benign tumor ;2 ureter cancer ;4 ureter narrow ( 2 vessel compress, 1 inflammation narrow, 1 aggression tumor) ;4 ampulla type pelvis. Association with the primitive and three dimensional images,it could display the size,shape and location of the ureter diseases. Conclusion: Multi-detector CT can clearly display the ureterostoma and its internal in many diseases than X-ray and supersonic,it could offer more diagnostic information, and was helpful in selecting therapeutic measures as well as in predicting prognosis.
