The activation theory of flt3 and the usefulness of its detection in leukemia.

摘要 flt3是近年在白血病研究中新发现的一种异常表达的基因,本文对其激活机理提出3种假说,从分子水平探讨白血病病因,加速白血病临床的基因诊断和基因治疗的进程。 flt3 which abnormally expresses has been identified in mulitiple myeloid malignancies in recent years, we demonstrate three hypothesis of flt3 activation in this article. Exploring the pathogenesis at molecular level can accelerate the diagnosis and treatment in leukemia by using flt3 as a target gene.
