独占春菌根真菌的调查

Investigations of Mycorrhizal Fungi of Cymbidium Eburneum

采用根组织切片法调查独占春菌根真菌,菌根感染率为31.88%;共得到22株真菌,属于半知菌,共计6属,其中刚毛菌属7株,占31.82%,为优势菌;从独占春栽培土壤中分离到21株真菌,其中,丝核菌属12株,占57.14%,为优势菌。

Mycorrhizal fungi have been obtained with culture of piece of the root of Cymbidium eburneum. The ration of infection of mycorrhiza is 31.88%. Twenty two fungi, which consist of six genera, have been obtained. They belong to Deuteromycotina. Seven of them, which make up 31.82% of fungi obtained, belong to laeellina. They are superior species. Twenty two fungi have been obtained from cuhivated seil of Cymbidium eburneum. Twelve of them, which are superior species, belong to Rhizoetonia.
