从国际化视角比较研究工程造价高等教育

Comparative study on the tertiary education of cost engineering from an international perspective

国际上以英国为代表的工料测量高等教育体系的重要特征是高等教育与执业资格一体化、国际化。文章通过对英国和亚太地区的澳大利亚、中国、香港地区、新加坡等国高校调研,深入分析了这些地区工程造价高等教育系统的输入、输出、转化机制,即行业学会对高校课程体系的认证制度、高校课程体系设置、专业人士执业资格准入制度等,并对其工程造价高等教育人才培养体系进行了比较,提出了相应的建议。

The feature of Quantity Surveying institutions represented by England is the integration of special higher education and professional qualification cuhivation. This article compares some universities in the following countries/regions that could represent the major types of the higher education system of quantity surveying： UK, Australia, China, HK and Singapore. The survey mainly covers the professional qualification system, the accreditation policy and procedures, the curriculum of Cost Engineering major, the management of professionals system. Some suggestions about the development of cost engineering professionals based on the comparative study are put forward.
