水产科技成果推广绩效评价体系研究

Research on Aquatic Science and Technology Promotion and Evaluation System

加入世贸组织以后,水产品的生产发展越来越受到重视,水产科技成果的转化推广也日益发挥着重大作用。我们应从水产品的标准化生产、无公害化生产和质量安全技术等方面进行推广,为此,需要建立水产科技成果推广评价体系,本文从经济、技术和社会三方面对水产科技成果推广绩效进行评价,并提出了一系列评价指标。

After China entered into WTO, the development and production of aquatic products had drawn attention, and promotion and transformation of aquatic scientific and technological achievements played a significant role that Cannot he neglected. We should promote aquatic products from standardized production, environmental safety and quality, so we should establish aquatic science （and technology prOmotion evaluation system. This paper evaluated aquatic rscience and technology promotion from the aspects of economy, technolon and society, and put forward a series of evaluation indexes.
