摘要
在计算机集成制造系统(CIMS)中,单元控制起着重要作用。生产车间由若干单元组成,这些单元根据车间层下达的作业计划和生产目标,协调和控制底层设备的运行,对其进行实时闭环控制。由于各个制造企业的单元各不相同,以往的单元控制软件往往是根据各制造单元的具体情况研制的,其通用性、可维护性、可重用性较差。本文提出运用面向对象方法设计实现单元开发平台,并给出描述框架和实现的方法。该系统包括5个应用模块:人机图形界面,作业调度,单元监控,运行仿真和实时数据库。该系统的适用面较广,并且用户可以很方便地在此平台上构造自己的单元控制器软件。
Cell control plays an important rule in the hierarchical control model of CIMS.A shop floor typically consists of one or more cells.These cells,according to the job plans and production goals coming from the higher level,coordinate and control the equipment within each cell.This kind of control is realtime and loop-closed.Because of the difference and varieties of the manufacturing factories,most of the previous cell control software are designed proprietarily for their cases,They have little generality,reusability and maintain- ability.This paper proposes a method of using Object-Oriented Technolgy to design a prototype of cell control platform.The framework and implemention procedures are given.The system includes five modules:Man Machine Graphical Interface,Job Scheduling, Cell Monitoring,Operation Simulation and Real Time DataBase.This prototype system can be adapted for use in a wide range.Users can design their own cell controller on the platform easily.
