摘要
本文给出一种通用计算机网络监测与控制系统的设计与实现方法，采用屏幕信息捕捉和屏幕信息传送的思想，摆脱了通信程序与监控程序的相互影响，实现了ＤＯＳ与ＷＩＮＤＯＷＳ的数据交换；采用ＮＥＴＢＩＯＳ协议及键盘缓冲区技术实现了网络通信与远程控制．
his articie discussed design and completion of current computer network monitor system, Screen capturing technology is used to separate this system from network communication applications. And data exchange method between DOS and WINDOWS is designed. Virtual NETBIOS driver is also designed to improve network communication and Keyboard-buffer technology is used for remote control.
