This article adopts Soft System Methodology(SSM) and Rapid Prototype (RP) to form a pew software dveloping method - the Rapid Soft System Methodology(RSSM) according to system engineering and software engineering .This article introduces in detail the work steps, principl of this method, and something about using the methodsuccesfully on the development of Management InformationSystem (MIS) of one factory.
